Nearly everything that you need to complete an MDS is within your fingertips while you're working through it.
I have utilized Super LTC since nearly their beginning as both an MDS Coordinator, and in a Regional Quality Nurse position, in both using in my day-to-day job, and helping to develop the processes with it. This being said, it's a system that is built with the oversight of someone who uses it every day, not just someone who thinks they know what may be helpful.
From the MDS overlay, to document pulls, diagnosis coder, care plan help, and so much more, this program has tremendously accelerated my productivity, and accuracy. Nearly everything that you need to complete an MDS is within your fingertips while you're working through it, without needing to spend time going back and forth between the MDS and the chart, wasting time searching for information.
Outside of this, I think the best attribute is how receptive the Super team is to feedback, and making adjustments in real time to things that may not be just what you want. Overall, I would recommend this program to anyone, whether you're just starting out, or have been doing it for 20 years.
