SQIP values, ranks and payments are the Georgia Department of Community Health’s published Supplemental Quality Incentive Payment workbooks. A year DCH has not paid yet is SuperLTC’s scoring of CMS’s public quality-measure files on that year’s rules, and every page showing it says so. Quality add-ons are as DCH printed them on its quarterly rate sheets. DCH’s files carry no CMS number, so each row is matched to its building by its printed values or its name; a handful that cannot be matched are left off the map. Operators are CMS’s chain names; map points are CMS’s geocodes. No patient data appears here.
