Quality percentages are the Executive Office of Health and Human Services’ published nursing facility rate files (101 CMR 206.06(2)). Dollar figures are SuperLTC’s estimates: the percentage on the median of the year’s 25 nursing class rates plus the operating standard, after the maximum-change cap, on Medicaid days estimated from CMS’s average census and the rate file’s Medicaid share. The staffing cut is our estimate from CMS’s reported nurse staffing. The rate file has no CMS number, so each row is matched to its building by its DPH ID and name. Operators are CMS’s chain names; map points are CMS’s geocodes. No patient data appears here.
