Missouri publishes no per-building VBP result. Every threshold met, QM point, share and add-on here is SuperLTC’s scoring of CMS’s public long-stay quality measures on the MO HealthNet Division’s published rule (13 CSR 70-10.020 and the State Plan), read from the CMS release the rule uses for each rate date. Dollars over a period use the Medicaid days in each building’s CMS cost report. Operators are CMS’s chain names; map points are CMS’s geocodes. No patient data appears here.
