TennCare publishes no building’s QuILTSS score, tier or quality per diem, so every figure here is SuperLTC’s estimate of the 25 of 110 points that come from CMS’s public files: the clinical quality measures quarter by quarter and the case-mix adjusted nurse staffing hours, scored the way Rule 1200-13-02-.11 and TennCare’s QuILTSS Operations Manual describe. The other 85 points are surveys and submissions the rule keeps confidential. No dollar figures: the quality per diem depends on every building’s full score. Operators are CMS’s chain names; map points are CMS’s geocodes. No patient data appears here.
