SuperLTC provides an AI-powered platform for processing and responding to ADR audits for skilled nursing facilities. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperLTC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• The Service will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or transmitted through the Service

Important: SuperLTC provides AI-powered tools to assist with audit responses. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before submission to regulatory authorities. We do not guarantee regulatory compliance or audit outcomes.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
