About the scorecard
Where do the numbers come from?
Stars come from CMS Care Compare and Texas QIPP from HHSC’s published scorecards, the same public files anyone can download. The “could unlock” figures are our estimates, built from that public data and from measured SuperQM results.
Do you need access to our EHR for this?
No. The scorecard uses public data only. Nothing about your residents is involved.
Why are my numbers a few months old?
CMS publishes quality measures as a four-quarter average, and each refresh ends about two quarters behind the calendar. State programs read those same files, later still. That lag is the reason SuperQM exists: it shows you the quarter you are in, from your own charting, before CMS does.
What happens after I ask for the full scorecard?
